Elections 2002 - Official Results

The first document is for the voter registration for Cass County broken down by political party and by precinct. 

The second document is a breakdown of percentage of actual voters precinct by precinct. You will note that the 30 Cass County voting precincts are listed on the left hand side of each of these documents along with the number of each specific precinct. 

The third document is the official returns, broken down precinct by precinct, race by race. The numbers for each of the 30 precincts are listed across the top of each page. If you would like to print of these documents, they are set up for legal size paper using a .25 margin on all four sides.

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 5th of November, 2002 at the usual polling places in the precincts of Cass County, Nebraska, the General Election will be held. The polls will be open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. Public notice of polling places/sites will be published prior to the election. Said election will be for electing candidates to various offices.

In compliance with Section 32-802 R.R.S. Nebraska 1943, amendments will be voted upon and the Nebraska Secretary of State will publish a true copy of the title and text once each week for three (3) consecutive weeks preceding the election.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call 402-296-9309 or e-mail Becky Hight-Moravec, Cass County Election Commissioner. Her office will be open until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25th to accomodate voters who need to register or get an absentee ballot. Just come to the handicapped entrance of the courthouse and her office is the first office on the right.
