Louisville Art Gallery presents"- "Ode to the Masters" -A group show featuring 25 artists paying homage to artists of the past. July 19 - September 13, 2008. Opening reception, Sunday, July 20, 12:30 - 4:00PM.
Each piece is either an interpretation of a past work or an original work created in the style of a past master or artist that has influenced their individual style. Artists: Melissa Husby, Paula Wallace, Deb Groesser, Jean Mason, Judy Greff, Jim Jacobi, Mike Loftus, Pete Wroblewski, Ken Diaz, Victoria Hoyt, Rachel Mindrup, Michelle Moffitt, Bev Valentine, Zach Jones, Gerry Klein, Julie Kinkade, Carolyn Albracht, Mary Anne Kuk, Karen Schnepf, John Dennison, Lori Elliott-Bartle, Deanna Funnell-Harris, Sarah Guthman-Scheer, David Stubbendieck, Justyn Tada and maybe even a few others!!!

Vacation Bible School
July 20-24 2008
An invitation is extended to all children to
come to Vacation Bible School on July 20 thru
July 24 as they go “SURFIN” thru the
Scriptures at a “BEACH PARTY.”
We will be lifting off each night from 6:30 PM
to 8:30 PM to soar to new heights with God at
the First United Methodist Church.
A light supper will be available at 6:00 PM each night.
During VBS Week our mission will focus on Cass County Food Bank. students who bring the most canned or dry food items for the Cass County Food Bank will win a prize. Please contact Stacy

this Friday 7/18 at the Lofte
AUDITIONS
The Lofte Community Theatre in Manley will be holding auditions for "How the Other Half Loves," on July 28 and 29 at 7pm. Director Kevin Colbert is looking for 3 women and 3 men to fill his cast.
The story revolves around three married men all working for the same firm. The younger man is having an affair with the wife of the oldest, but that's just the beginning. The older man returns home late one night and has to invent his own story about smoothing out domestic matters at the home of the third couple! This famous farce debuted in London in 1970 and has had audiences rolling in the aisles ever since.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Performance dates are, Sept 5-7, 12-14 and 18-21. For questions or driving directions, please call the Lofte at 402-234-2553 or visit their website, www.Lofte.com.
