Back to School Night!

You’re invited to Back to School night on Tuesday, August 13 from 4-8 pm, hosted by your Louisville PTO!
Elementary Meet the Teacher: 4-6 pm
Kona Ice: 4-7 pm
Food Trucks: 5-8 pm
Middle/High School Activities Fair: 6-6:30 pm
Middle/High School Open House: 7-8 pm
Stop by the PTO booth to get your scavenger hunt card, complete all the tasks (including meeting your teacher) and receive a free Kona Ice (limit one per child please).
Several food trucks will be available for you to purchase dinner for your family if you would like, as well as game stations set up for those wanting to spend a bit more time enjoying what we hope to be a beautiful evening!
We’re so excited for all the fun that comes with Back to School!

Tickets $35
Come out to our new pavilion and paint a masterpiece under the guidance of our talented scenic designer and instructor, Linda Dabbs. This, all the while sipping on your favorite beverage and relaxing in the beautiful countryside.
Ticket price includes choice of painting a wooden door sign or garden rocks. Complimentary charcuterie snacks, tea, pop, and one complimentary alcoholic beverage included.
