Blood Drive Cancelled
Due to recent severe winter weather, the following American Red Cross blood drives is canceled:
Wednesday, Feb. 5 – Louisville High School in Louisville, Neb.
These most recent blood drive cancellations come after about 770 blood drives were forced to cancel across the country due to winter weather in January, resulting in more than 25,000 uncollected blood and platelet donations. The Red Cross needs blood and platelet donors to help restock the shelves in February. When it’s considered safe to travel, eligible donors of all blood types are urged to make an appointment to give.
