Art Chicks, Free Checks and Fashion!

This has been one heck of a year, and with the economy crawling on it's belly, layoffs and cutbacks across the board, the war in Iraq, marshals dragging the Ten Commandments out of courtrooms, and virus's in your kids, your mosquitos and your email, I suggest we all count our fingers, count our toes, and then count our blessings!

You can start by being thankful to Mayor Dave, Supervisor Dan and the rest of the tireless City Team that got the Well Back into Operation! That means you can give those petunias a little drink in case they need it.

You know, these folks don't make much money, and it a lot of cases, all they get is your admiration. (Sometimes, they don't get much of that) But this is a hard working and talented team, headed up by Mayor Pankonin.
If you ever have you doubts, that these folks work hard; take a few minutes and read up on what these folks do in an average month. Click Here: > http://www.louisvillenebraska.com/city/minutes.htm

What the Cat Saw...
Hi Hardware Cat Fans!

Why is everybody Smiling?..
I don't know if it is just school starting up, or the promise of a little cooler weather, or Football season, but everybody seems to be smiling more recently!
Makes me a little nervous.

That smart financial guy down the street was saying that the economy is starting to show real signs of improvement, I know Good Ol' Larry and Maureen have been stocking up on lots of cool looking stuff.
I even saw that fat little Computer John in here buying a Bug Zapper, the other day. Smiling like Crazy! (Sure doesn't take much to keep him amused..)

I guess it is just that we are all getting through some tough times together. They say you don't never know what history is, when your smack in the middle of it, you just gotta wait till you get past it and say, man that was a tough spell. Well, maybe we are almost past it and looking back already, d'ya Think?

Having fun, and Watch'n Talented Women south of the river....
