Non of them know squat about Cass Cuisine!
I mean, when you have had enough of parsley sprigs, and Richard Simmons froo-froo tow foo and dainty napkin holders, it is time for some real food!

The kinda food that built a bridge across the Platte, and got rid of those rattlesnakes and built the new school building Click Here for History That is what Cory and Mandy serve.

Many of you now know, that I have done Hard Time.
I have served my sentence, and paid my debt to society, and I am here to say it was a very good experience!! I am a better man for it. Frankly, I now think the world would be a better place if everyone was forced to have their attitudinal flaws corrected by the correctional system. That is what it is for!

In my case I was guilty of taking a quick peak to the south, seeing the coast was clear and punching the gas making that right out of the Quik Pik heading north on Hwy 50.

My mind was on the day ahead, and my rear view mirror was full of red and blue flashing lights as I got pulled over. It was explained to me that a full stop is required by law, and I was politely warned by the officer. That got my full attention for about 37 minutes.

The next morning I was real late! I grabbed some gas, and squealed around the corner only to have my mirror fill with flashing lights,
again...
(rats!)
Same Officer.
He
remembered me. (RATS!) No warning this time... (BUSTED)

Okay, it turns out they have a plan for offenders like me, and that is were the HARD TIME comes in.

What is more precious than a Saturday in Louisville? Well, getting your attitude straight requires 8 hours of re-training at the National Safety Council. So I got to spend a Saturday in their Custody. ..... but you know.. My behavior has been successfully Modified!!

I am now watching the speed limits, signalling, being courteous, no more finger signals, nose picking, and well - I am just plain rehabilitated!
I am now ready to re-enter Society!! (Cool!) I LIKE society!
